We've done it many times before so despite Reed's absence - he'll be on his way to Guatemala - we'll once again be posting our nation's colors in honor of our more than 2100 veterans interred at St. George and Tonaquint cemeteries over the Memorial Day weekend.
On Friday, May 26 at 5 p.m. SGR members and their families are asked to gather under the the direction of James Jackson at Tonaquint cemetery and / ????? at St. George Cemetery for this "service above self" activity.
On Saturday, June 3 at 9 a.m. we will return to both cemeteries so gather the flags in preparation for Veterans Day 2023.
Watch for a signup sheet which will be distributed at upcoming Monday meetings. Please join us for this very special "service above self" project.
