Paintings. Sculptures. Textiles. Jewelry. Ceramics. Photography. Whatever artistic medium delights you most, you’ll find it at the St. George Art Festival on Easter weekend, April 18-19. In anticipation, we are pleased to Peyton Lee who will tell us what we need to know about this year's St. George Arts Festival. Ms. Lee will also share her enthusiasm for this year's Concert in the Park series. The Concert in the Park Series is a celebration of wonderful music, open parks, and family celebration. The Series runs April through September at Vernon Worthen Park. Park seating is available. Families are welcome to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and food. The concert series is FREE to the public. Ten volunteers are needed to judge the Legacy Elementary School Science Fair before our regular meeting on Monday, April 14. If you have done this "service above self" before, you know how much fun it is to meet these young scholars and hear about their projects. If you haven't been involved before, this project may just become your favorite of all SGR does in the community!
