The Dixie Power Kite Festival is stil a ways out but on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Utah Tech University Encampment Mall, from 10 AM – 7 PM young readers will earn a high-quality kite or book for their reading efforts.  The Festival aims to promote reading as a habit and encourage students to engage in family-oriented physical activity.  Entrance to the festival is free.
